Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to follow my Terms of ServiceNOTE - All payments are made through Paypal. Commissions need to be paid 50% upright to secure the commission

Refund Policy* The Digital Arts cannot be refunded once completed.* If you cease to work with me part way through a commission, the deposit will not be refunded.* If I haven't started working on your commission, the money will be refunded.

Commission Process- Once I've received your request, we'll discuss to ensure no mistakes and misunderstandings happen.- You'll send over references and description of how you want it so I can start working.- Be aware that your commission could be in queue due to multiple commission slots being open.- Please clarify if you want rushed commission so we can discuss price and time.

  • The Digital art cannot be resold or redistributed by any means.

  • You will own the artwork for Personal Use Only unless we've discussed prior that you want commercial use. (Can affect price)

  • If you require me to design your character for Digital Art (e.g. you have no reference art) then I will charge extra for design work.

  • I have the right to decline a request

  • Using the art to train AI is strictly prohibited.

  • Tracing or claiming the art as your own creation is prohibited.

  • "Edits" are prohibited. If you need to adjust anything, request it before the line art phase.

  • If you want to adjust anything in the art (during sketch phase), you get one free before I start charging you per adjustment. (once line-art phase starts, there will be no more changes available.)
